I have a birth Certificate that has no number located in the upper left hand corner. I does however have the registration numbers in the upper right side. I have been told this might prove to be an altered certificate. Can anyone give me additional info on this matter. I am new to searching for my BF and have hit several dead ends. Been told I may have been a black or Gray market adoption. Confusion as to what to do next...... Thank You
