Searching for sister born on or about 6/27/1945 in

Thanks in part to search angels on this site, I located my birth mother's information back in 2008. Recently, I learned that my birth mother died in 1945, 10 days following the birth of another child, a girl, also adopted. That is all the information I have about my sister. My mother and my sister's mother was Anele (aka Nelly, Nellie, and Annellie) Yelmokas, age 21 at my birth, and 22 y/o when she died.
I have a fair amount of information about my birth mother and some of her family, but nothing beyond what is here about my sister. If anyone has information about a baby girl born in Boston on the above date, I would appreciate hearing from you at [e-mail].
