Hi, I'm looking for my brother who was born in New Bedford, MA, August 1949 and adopted in November of 1950. Birth mother was Elsie Long. Baby's name at birth was Michael and changed to
Russell when adopted through New Bedford Child and Family Service.
I've been unable to discover who he is because he is alive.
My hope is to find him and hopefully, he will want to know about me.
